Hi, I'm Erica.
I am guided by openness and curiosity about the life story of each individual, with their unique experiences, emotions, and thoughts. I aim to create a safe space for individuals in a vulnerable state experiencing depression, anxiety, and crisis.

Licensed Psychologist with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec OPQ#12827-16
My name is Erica Cervin, and I am originally from Sweden. When I came to Canada in 2015, I obtained my professional license through equivalence and started working as a psychotherapist at a private clinic.
My professional experience in Sweden consists of psychological assessment and interventions for people with work-related issues such as burnout, workplace bullying, and general problems in the work environment, but also individual concerns that could affect work stability, such as concentration problems, long-term depression, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, and issues related to immigration and integration.
In psychotherapy, I am guided by openness and curiosity about the life story of each individual, with their unique experiences, emotions and thoughts. I aim to create a safe space for individuals in a vulnerable state experiencing depression, anxiety, and crisis. I want to help my clients understand how their past has affected their present thought and behavioral patterns, and to provide them with the tools to change what they experience as negative or dysfunctional in their lives.

Success Stories
“Erica has been a tremendous help during one of the most difficult times in my life. She has a great way of approaching situations and always manages to put things into perspective. You can tell she genuinely cares about what you have to say and your overall wellbeing. I always left my appointments feeling more positive, motivated and determined than I did before walking in.”
